One of our trusted farmers, grows the best thai chilies. We decided to try pickling a few this year.

These tiny, bright red peppers are sweet, spicy and have a hint of lemon. They are nothing short of delicious! Each bite is filled with amazing flavor and is not killer spicy like you d think. There is some heat in these peppers and it varies in each jar.

We love these thai chilies in a spicy cocktail or tossed in our pasta. They are also perfect on a white pizza.
