We ve taken a mix of some vibrant spring greens for a bright and tangy hand made mustard!

We ve soaked our mustard seeds in crisp white wine and mixed with parsley and locally grown spinach. We ve added a few celery leaves, edible flowers and local, raw honey.

This tangy, vinegary mustard will brighten up your favorite sandwich or cheese tray!
