We were thrilled to get tiny, green cherry tomatoes from one of our favorite farms this summer.

We soaked the tomatoes in sugar and gently cooked them into a sweet, delectable jam. We added slivers of yuzu peel for a layer of tangy citrus in this jam.

This jam is perfect with cheeses and is one of our new favorites right out of the jar. We d add it to ricotta toast or a simple baguette.

Jar size: 6 oz.

Ingredients: Green tomatoes, sugar, lemon juice, yuzu.
