This summer we picked up a few boxes of bright green, tiny flavor king pluots from one of our favorite farmers. 

These tart green fruits taste like sour green apples in a jar. The fruit is firm and perfect with cheeses.

Ingredients: Flavor king pluot, sugar, lemon juice.
