A native forest tree across the US, the chokecherry is full of tiny edible wild fruit. 

From heavy snows last winter, we had trees full of chokecherries that we ve never found before. Gathered all summer, we turned these dark berries into a jelly that tastes like a wine jelly on overdrive. 

This locally sourced jelly is deep red in color and has a rich taste.

Ingredients: Chockecherry juice (water, chokecherries), sugar.
