We ve mixed our favorite locally grown apricots with hand foraged violets from the midwest. 

Every year when we travel to the midwest we forage heavenly scented, tiny wild violets. We added a hint of our handmade violet liqueur to the peak of summer apricots that taste like candy off the tree. 

This jam tastes perfect on a spoon straight of the jar. Or with some goat cheese.

The jam is also perfect for a brunch and makes a lovely gift for the holidays.
