One of our very favorite farmers grows Satsuma Mandarins that smell and taste like fresh orange blossoms. Grown in a very small orchard in California s central valley, these mandarins are filled with the essence of orange.

We ve added a hint of passion fruit and orange blossom water to the mandarins to bring out their natural sweetness.

This sweet jam is perfect with your morning toast or with a bit of goat cheese. A spoonful is perfect with a bit of champagne for your next gathering.
